After 25 years of quietly roasting coffee in Canberra, this family-run business was ready to show up properly—without losing the modest, local character people already loved.
We needed to find a clear space in a crowded market and articulate what makes Wagonga worth following: a distinct point of view, a loyal community, and a story that had never been fully expressed.
We started by simplifying and refreshing the logo, then built a warm, friendly identity system that could scale across touch points. We designed and built an ecommerce website to carry the new look and give the brand a stronger public presence. The next phase extends the system into packaging and merch, and supports the shift toward a broader coffee culture offering, including workshops and gatherings at the roasting HQ. We partnered with Rhiannon Berry and Lauren Sutton on a portrait series to capture the people behind the business.
